2006 CIT Diane Pfaff has been the highly motivated behind-the-scenes organizer of CIT since the very first training in 2003. Diane firmly believes in the program and hopes to continue this essential training for law enforcement personnel to improve skills to recognize and respond to persons with mental illness who are in crisis. Recently, law enforcement and corrections officers from local departments completed a week-long Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) training.
